Silver Hill Neighborhood Clean-up

SATURDAY

August 30, 2008    9:00AM - 12 Noon

 

Meet in the parking lot at Gold and University at 9AM

 

We will pick up trash and weeds throughout the neighborhood, from Central to Lead and Sycamore to Yale

 

Large items (except for refrigerators) may be brought to the parking lot by 11:30AM for pick-up by a City of Albuquerque dumpster

 

Bring your own gloves and tools

We'll supply the trash bags

DID YOU KNOW?

Tax Incentives for Registered Properties
Owners of private properties or properties in neighborhoods listed in the State Register of Cultural Properties, like Silver Hill, are eligible for a state income tax credit against expenses of restoration, rehabilitation, or preservation projects that have been approved by the Cultural Properties Review Committee. The credit is 50% of approved eligible expenditures, up to a maximum credit of $25,000 per project over 5 years. Approval must be granted prior to the start of the work. Income-producing and private residential properties, as well as archaeological sites are eligible for the credit.
